Fact #1 - Mannat Was Actually Villa Vienna

SRK's house was not constructed in an open space by himself. It was already a legacy house. The house belonged to a man named Nariman Dubash. The original name of the bungalow was Villa Vienna. He bought this lavish legacy house from him for worth Rs.13.32 crore. The current value of this house is Rs. 200 crores.

Fact #2 - SRK Purchased It For A Separate Prayer Room

The reason he bought this house is because he wanted a separate prayer room for himself. And the place where he and his wife were staying previously didn't have much space for it. So he bought this bungalow and this bungalow is very close to his heart.

Fact #3 - Mannat Is Spacious!!!

As per study, the average size of the house in the rural area is around 494 sq.ft. and 103 sq.ft is used by per person. But Mannat is 26,328.52 sq.ft an area which an average person could only imagine.

The mansion can have the capacity of 225 people. Yeah that's right,it can accommodate 225 people at once in it.

This house ranks 10 in the list of 'Top Houses In The World'. The Lavish house consist of many amenities, including a boxing ring, a table tennis court and a lavish pool area.

The most antique thing about his coffee table is, his wife Gauri Khan is a huge fan of Tom Dixon. And so she made sure to design her coffee table, with brands iconic shoe at the coffee table.
